Matt Serra vs. Frank Trigg (Our prediction: Serra split decision.) We have to remember that there are only two men to ever have defeated Georges St-Pierre and one of those was Matt Serra. And in this fight Serra definitely showed he still has what it takes to be a contender in the welterweight division. It’s undeniable that Serra packs a lot of torque in his short but stocky frame. As predicted, the fight had its slow moments as the fighters looked ... Read more...

Randy Couture vs.  Mark Coleman For the first time in UFC history two active hall-of-famers will clash in the octagon. It is the opinion of experts that both men are past their prime. But one man retains an advantage. At 46 Randy Couture continues to push his limits no matter what milestone he has reached in life. Couture walks into this fight in the best possible shape. Couture demonstrated his physical abilities and fitness when he earned a unanimous victory in hi... Read more...

Couture vs NoguieraThis fight would have been huge a few years back.  Noguiera needs to bouce back from 2 poor performances ( Sylvia and Mir)  and Couture needs to prove again that he can compete at an elite level at 46 years old.  I think Randy wins this fight in all aspects and take the fight where he wants when he wants.  Noguiera may be younger but he isn't aging as well as Couture.  Couture Unanimous DecisionJardine vs Thiago SilvaNot a big fan... Penn vs FlorianI can think of three other guys at this weight that can handle Florian( Sherk, Edgars and Maynard)  I think Penn is highly motivated and won't be overmatched by size and wrestling skill this time.  That being said......... I believe it is too late in BJ's career to learn how to get in shape no matter what his new strength and conditioning coach tells him.  Florians only chance is to squeek out a 5 round decision.   Penn TKO round 2Silva vs Griffe... GSP vs Alves   Total domination.  The fight would have finished in the fourth had George not injured his groin.  Thiago's footwork was very predictable and George was able to take him down at will.5th round unanimous decision........ prediction  4th round TKO  GSPWhat's next?   I think George is ready for his legacy fight with Anderson Silva( Toronto??? Next summer????)   Thiago I think is ready for a rematch with Fitch.Statement has been made that the win... Read more...

George St. Pierre vs Thiago AlvesThiago Alves is definetely the most dangerous fighter on GSP's radar.  We see this a first in a series of memorable battles.  Thiago has shown excellent takedown defense against Hughes and Koscheck, but GSP has proven his wrestling ability is on another level.  GSP trains with world class wrestlers on a daily basis and has done so for many years.  His transition and takedown penetration is better than anyone in the UFC.  Thiago has yet to f...
